FAQ on pricing
What happens if I cancel mid-month?
You're paid through the end of your current month and your agent keeps working until the cycle ends. No proration is needed because we don't charge for partial periods. Your card will not be charged again.
Are there setup fees, hidden charges, or processing fees?
No. $47 is the only first-month charge. Then $100 every 30 days. The card on file is billed on the same day each month. You'll see the exact charge schedule on your enrollment receipt and inside your portal.
What does "money-back guarantee" actually mean?
If across the four rounds of disputes (days 30-120) you don't see a single deletion or update on any of your three bureau reports, every dollar you've paid us is refunded. The full guarantee terms are spelled out in your enrollment agreement.
Why $100/month, what makes that worth it?
It pays for your dedicated agent's time on your file every month: drafting custom letters (not templates), mailing them certified, tracking responses, escalating items the bureaus refuse to remove, and updating your portal. Most clients get 5-9 deletions across 120 days. If your score climbs 100+ points and you save 5-15 points of interest on your next mortgage or auto loan, the math works out to thousands in savings versus the few hundred dollars in service fees.
How long do most clients stay?
3 to 4 months. Once your dedicated agent has cleaned up the items they can remove, there's no reason to keep paying, most clients cancel and use the next 60-90 days to add positive trade lines and apply for the loan they came here for.
